I’ve received a faulty/damaged item

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the Item Immediately

    • Check the item and its packaging for any visible damage.

    • Take photos of the damage for reference.

    • Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos showing the damaged item(s).

    • You can contact us within the general 14-day return window, no strict 48-hour limit.

  3. Return or Exchange

    • We will cover all return shipping costs at no cost to you.

    • After inspection, we will either:

      • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or

      • Send a replacement item if available.

    • You may also opt for an exchange if you prefer a different item instead of a refund or replacement.

  4. Conditions

    • Damaged or faulty items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

    • If the item shows signs of misuse or accidental damage caused by the customer, the return request may be rejected, but no extra charges will be applied.
