How will I be refunded?

Currently, our only payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).

1. Refunds for Returned Orders

   • If you return an item paid via COD, we will issue a refund via the same method or arrange another convenient method with you, once your return is received and approved.

   • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Future Payment Methods

   • Once online payment gateways are activated (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.), refunds for these payment methods will be processed directly to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. No Extra Charges

   • All refunds will be issued without any additional fees to the customer.
