What if my order is damaged?

  • At klikby.com, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, here’s what to do:


    Inspect Your Order

    • When you receive your order, please inspect it to ensure the items are in good condition.

    • If there is any visible damage to the item or packaging, take photos for reference.

    • Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos showing the damaged item(s).

    • No strict 48-hour limit — contact us as soon as possible within the general return window.


    Return or Exchange Process

    • If your item is damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs at no cost to the customer.

    • Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will:

      • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or

      • Send a replacement item if available.

    • You can also opt for an exchange if you prefer a different item instead of a refund or replacement.


    Conditions

    • Damaged items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

    • If the item shows signs of misuse or accidental damage caused by the customer, the return request may be rejected, but no additional costs will be charged for rejected returns.
