• All prices are in EGP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
• We plan to support online card payments and local gateways (e.g., Fawry) in the near future.

6. Shipping Policy

• Flat shipping fee: 41 EGP per item.
• Orders processed in 1–2 business days, delivered within 3–5 days.
• Extra fees may apply for oversized items or remote areas.

7. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• For defective items: Klikby covers return shipping.
• For non-defective returns: customer pays return shipping.
• Refunds issued within 10 business days after inspection.

8. Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, return it first. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

10. Warranty

All eligible products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
