  • How to Get Receipt Copies

    At Klikby.com, we want to make sure that you can easily access your receipts whenever you need them. If you’re looking for a copy of your receipt for a recent purchase, here’s how you can obtain it:

    1. Automatically Sent Receipts

    After completing your purchase, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain all the necessary details of your transaction, including the products purchased, the payment method used, and the total amount.

    Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the email. If you don’t see the email after a few minutes, please follow the next steps.

    2. Accessing Your Receipts Through Your Account

    If you have a registered account with us, you can easily access your receipts through your My Account page:

    • Log in to your account at Klikby.com.

    • Go to My Account > Orders.

    • You will see a list of all your past orders. Simply click on the order you want a receipt for, and you will find a link to download the receipt.

    3. Requesting a Copy of Your Receipt

    If you are unable to find the receipt in your email or account:

    • Please contact our customer support team directly.

    • You can reach us via the following methods:

    Provide the order number, and we will send you a copy of your receipt as soon as possible.

    4. For PDF Receipts

    If you need a PDF copy of your receipt, you can also download it directly from your order details page on My Account. If for any reason you are unable to do this, let us know, and we will provide it to you.

    5. Troubleshooting

    If you are experiencing issues receiving or accessing your receipt, it could be related to email delivery problems. In this case, try the following:

    • Check your spam/junk folder in case the email was incorrectly flagged.

    • Ensure the email address on your account is correct and up to date.

    6. Refunds or Cancellations
