Cancel an order

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Here’s how to cancel depending on your payment method:

1. For Orders Paid by Credit/Debit Card (Visa or Other Payment Methods)

  1. Contact Us Quickly: You can cancel your order by contacting us before it’s shipped.

  2. Provide Your Order Details: Make sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, you won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can return the item according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

2. For Orders Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. Contact Us Before Delivery: If you paid for your order through Cash on Delivery (COD), you can still cancel the order before it’s shipped or delivered. Please contact us immediately:

  2. Provide Order Details: Make sure to mention your order number so we can process the cancellation.

If your order is already out for delivery, it may be difficult to cancel, but you can refuse the order when it arrives. In this case, we will process the return and refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.


Important Notes:

  • Cancellation Timing: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chances of cancellation. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • Refund Process: For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For COD orders, you will be refunded after the return is processed.
