Eligibility for Return

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- For used or pre-owned items: The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any damage or visible defects.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs
All returns are free of charge. klikby.com will cover all return shipping costs.
Return Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the item does not meet the return conditions (for example, if it is used or damaged), the return request may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item you no longer want. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
